Star of Alsace AOC (one of the four noble varieties) and signature of Alto Adige (Tramin), Palatinate and Germany. A pink mutation of Traminer.

Riesling signature white king: taut with citrus, white peach, apple, white flowers and mineral touch, vibrant acidity. Spiced Cabernet Franc, supple Merlot and airy Pinot Noir in reds. Signature speciality: golden concentrated icewine (apricot, honey, candied citrus) from early winters.
