Freisa (90–100%) as the exclusive indigenous signature red — ruby tending to garnet with delicate notes of rose, violet, raspberry, wild strawberry and a characteristic peppery-spiced touch, dry palate sometimes lively and slightly tangy in vinosa style. Made as dry, gourmand frizzante and even sweet spumante. Renaissance of an authentic, convivial Piedmontese indigenous grape.
