The wine region of Simonsberg-Paarl is located in the region of Paarl of Western Cape of South Africa. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Mitre's Edge or the Domaine Noble Hill produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Simonsberg-Paarl are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Malbec and Cabernet franc, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
