The wine region of Soave Superiore is located in the region of Soave of Vénétie of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Tenuta di Corte Giacobbe or the Domaine I Stefanini produce mainly wines white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Soave Superiore are Garganega, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Soave Superiore often reveals types of flavors of pineapple, cheese or lemon curd and sometimes also flavors of floral, citrus fruit or spices.
In the mouth of Soave Superiore is a with a nice freshness. We currently count 9 estates and châteaux in the of Soave Superiore, producing 12 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture.
