The wine region of Taburno is located in the region of Campanie of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Fontanavecchia or the Domaine Masseria Frattasi produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Taburno are Aglianico, Sangiovese and Merlot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Taburno often reveals types of flavors of oaky, black fruit or dried fruit and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, tropical fruit or citrus fruit.
