Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are the signature reds with blackcurrant, plum, black cherry and a herbaceous touch, balanced tannins. Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Petit Verdot add structure. Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc offer aromatic whites.
