Most geologically diverse AVA of the Willamette Valley (Oregon), peaking at Bald Peak: signature Pinot Noir as red king (~70%) — elegant and complex with notes of cherry, red fruits, earth, game, spices and a mineral touch, fine tannins from red basaltic volcanic (Jory), marine sedimentary (Willakenzie) and aeolian loess soils.
