Pillar of Libournais (Pomerol with Pétrus, Saint-Émilion with Cheval Blanc and Ausone) and signature of Super Tuscans, Italian Wales and Washington State. Firm Cabernet Sauvignon with blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar and spices, solid tannins. Peppery Cabernet Franc (bell pepper, raspberry), supple Merlot, bright Syrah.
