Central Mexican wine state among the highest vineyards in the country (~2,000 m, up to 2,250 m), semi-arid climate with large thermal swings. Cabernet Sauvignon signature as red king: structured and concentrated with blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry, eucalyptus, pepper and sweet spice hint, firm tannins and brilliant high-altitude fruit.
