Coloured, structured reds with a deep ruby robe, firm tannins and fresh acidity, showing aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, red pepper, spices, herbs and balsamic notes evoking cabernet sauvignon. Disease-resistant interspecific variety (mildew and powdery mildew), driving force of organic vineyards in northern Europe: Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, UK and Denmark. The wine region of Valais

Switzerland's largest vineyard, capital of native grapes. Straight, precise alpine whites: light, floral Chasselas (Fendant), signature Petite Arvine with saline, grapefruit and rhubarb notes, rich, apricoty Amigne, mineral Humagne Blanche. Altitude reds: fine Pinot Noir, crisp Gamay, native Cornalin and Humagne Rouge, spicy and deep. Highly precise alpine age-worthy wines.

The word of the wine: Lyon pot

A 46 cl bottle with a thick bottom, typical of the Lyon region, especially used to serve Beaujolais wines drawn from the barrel.
