The wine region of Chao Praya Delta
Unique tropical Thai vineyard on the Chao Phraya delta, vines planted on rectangular islets separated by canoe canals. Tropical climate allows two harvests a year. Malaga Blanc is the local white signature: aromatic with fresh grape, flowers, citrus and a musky hint. Pokdum (local mutation) produces a supple red with red fruits and spice.
The word of the wine: Erinosis
Generally benign condition caused by a very small mite. The infested leaves show blisters on the upper surface, sometimes reddish, sometimes green, to which corresponds on the lower surface a dense felting, first pinkish white, then brownish or reddish.
