The wine region of Vale do São Francisco

Unique tropical Brazilian vineyard (Bahia/Pernambuco), semi-arid irrigated climate by the river allowing 2 harvests/year year-round. Signature Syrah and Tempranillo as solar red kings: warm with blackberry, candied plum, black cherry, pepper, sweet spices and cocoa touch, round tannins and bright fruit. Aromatic Moscato as star white (fresh grape, flowers, citrus), lively Chenin Blanc. Fruity tropical sparkling wines.

The wine region of Bahia

Tropical vineyard in the Vale do São Francisco (9°S), 1,000 km from the equator, semi-arid climate (600 mm, 3,100 hours of sun/year) enabling 2. 5 harvests per year, unique in the world. Syrah is the signature full-bodied and sun-drenched red with intense blackberry, candied plum, pepper and spiced notes, round tannins and brilliant fruit. Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo complement.

The word of the wine: Soft

Sweet wine containing between 30 and 50 grams of residual sugar. A sweet wine is made from very ripe grapes but without being affected by botrytis cinerea and without being raisined. This term can also be applied to a dry wine that is smooth and fat in the mouth.
