The wine region of South West
The South-West is a large territorial area of France, comprising the administrative regions of Aquitaine, Limousin and Midi-Pyrénées. Grenache is a black grape variety that originated in Spain and is one of the great quality varieties of southern France. Its wines are warm, with aromas of red fruits (cherry) and spices; they oxidize with time.
