Southern Côtes du Rhône cru in the Drôme provençale (first slopes of the Baronnies, 200-450 m amphitheatre): signature Grenache Noir as red king (≥50%) with Syrah (30-50%) and Mourvèdre (max 20%) — signature profile, one of the freshest crus of southern Rhône, Syrah with black fruits and minty touch, pepper and unexpected freshness, tannic elegance and delicate salinity. Miocene marls altitude, clay-limestone and pebbles, cool nights preserving acidity.
