Lazio DOC of the Tyrrhenian coast south of Rome (Latina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Terracina), sandy soils facing the Circeo promontory. Merlot (≤55%) as the signature red — supple and generous with bright plum, black cherry, red fruits and a balsamic-sunny touch, round tannins. Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon as structured complements. Trebbiano Toscano and Chardonnay as fresh signature whites with white flowers, citrus and a saline touch.
