Grand Cru of Kientzheim and Sigolsheim in Haut-Rhin (30. 5 ha, 300–400 m on a 37% steep slope, lower Dogger marl-limestone-sandstone, ideal south-facing exposure accumulating heat and moisture): Gewurztraminer in white — intense exotic fruit and spice aromatics, rich and balanced palate with great ageing potential. Pinot Gris with ample and racy fruity register, Riesling complementing. Warm and draining terroir favouring ideal slow aromatic maturation.
