A singular Bordeaux profile. Extremely rare, preserved for its heritage value, it survives in a few Bordeaux plots and features in confidential artisan blends alongside classic Sémillon. Sunny, expressive reds: fleshy, spicy Nero d'Avola (black cherry, blackberry, liquorice), fine, mineral Nerello Mascalese on Etna (recalls Pinot Noir), light, crisp Frappato in Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG.
