Discover the grape variety: Garnacha Blanca

Rich, aromatic dry whites with a pale golden colour, an ample palate and moderate acidity, showing signature aromas of ripe yellow fruits (peach, apricot, pear), white flowers (orange blossom), candied citrus, fennel and mineral notes. Fine ageing potential in barrel and cellaring ability. A qualitative star of Terra Alta DO, Priorat DOQ and Empordà DO, also the Roussillon. Spanish synonym of Grenache Blanc, a white-skinned mutation of Grenache.

The wine region of Vin de France

The freest category of French wine, the playground of winemakers working outside the AOC. All styles combined: fruity reds, lively or ambitious whites, everyday rosés, unusual blends, natural wines, atypical grapes (Petit Manseng in Languedoc, Riesling in Provence), experimental winemaking (skin-contact whites, no sulphur). Grape and vintage labelling allowed, no geographic constraint. From the pop, convivial cuvée to the artisan gem: freedom in a bottle.

The word of the wine: Size (champagne)

Juices that flow from the press after the cuvée, at the second pressing. Less fine, often more vegetal, it is mainly used to make the first price champagnes.
