Southern AOC (Gard, between Nîmes and the Camargue, terroir of Rhône-rolled pebbles on red clay, mistral wind as regulator): Grenache Noir and Syrah (≥50% combined, Mourvèdre ≤20%) in full-bodied reds with intense notes of blackberry, garrigue, pepper, liquorice and a refined Mediterranean touch.
