Numerous crosses with Teinturier have resulted in new grape varieties that are still cultivated, the best known being the Henri Bouschet alicante..., and others that are less well known and have almost disappeared, such as petit Bouschet, terret-Bouschet (not to be confused with terret-bourret), morrastel-Bouschet, etc. The Teinturier was especially multiplied in the Orléans region.

Burgenland is a large wine-producing region on the eastern border of Austria. The designation applies only to white wines from the Grüner Veltliner Grape variety.
