Made as dry, often slightly sparkling whites. Absolute star of Vaud (Dézaley, Calamin, Lavaux Grand Cru) and Valais (Fendant) in Switzerland. Also in Pouilly-sur-Loire AOC and the German Jura. Excellent table grape.

Chasselas white king: light and floral with citrus, green apple, white flowers and mineral perlant touch, refreshing palate — Swiss everyday companion. Silky Pinot Noir red (cherry, raspberry) and fruity Oeil de Perdrix rosé. Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc complementary.
