Grand Cru on steep terraces between Kientzheim and Kaysersberg (~80 ha, 230-400 m, slightly acidic sandy-silty migmatitic granite, full south aspect): signature Riesling (76%) on ideal granite — airy profile with fine acidity, floral aromas of great delicacy, harmonious elegant structure, vibrant stony granite minerality, fullness after several years.
