Adds roundness and richness to Béarn blends. Precious component of Jurançon AOC (dry and sweet), Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh AOC and Béarn AOC, complementing petit and gros manseng. Very rare autochthonous Béarn variety, making a comeback for its aromatic finesse.
