Supple, fruity reds with a moderate ruby robe, silky tannins and a direct palate, with signature Muscat aromas (fresh grape, rose), red fruits (cherry, strawberry), candy and hybrid herbal notes. A simple, early-ripening profile. Widely grown in Japan (Yamanashi, Nagano), it is the emblem of modern Japanese reds. The wine region of Chios

Greek island of the eastern Aegean (Mount Amani, terraces up to 450 m facing Turkey), maritime Mediterranean climate. Legendary indigenous Ariousios (ancient wine praised by Strabo) is the flagship red — deep with intense notes of dark fruits, ripe cherry, Mediterranean herbs and a refined solar-balsamic character, taut structure. Agianniotiko, Mandilaria and Fokiano as supple reds. Assyrtiko, Athiri, Moschato Aspro and Savatiano as lively whites with citrus and a saline-iodine touch.

The wine region of Aegean Sea

West Turkish coastal region (Izmir, Manisa, Denizli, Aydin), ~53% of national production, sunny Mediterranean climate. Sultaniye: light and fresh with citrus, apple, melon. Bornova Misketi: aromatic and floral (rose, honey). Reds: Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah dense and sunny (blackcurrant, blackberry, pepper, garrigue, firm tannins) — international varieties that ripen perfectly here.

The word of the wine: Dryer

Term that characterizes a hard and tannic wine.
