The wine region of Suisun Valley is located in the region of Solano County of California of United States. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Vezér Family Vineyard or the Domaine Caymus-Suisun produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Suisun Valley are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Zinfandel, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Suisun Valley often reveals types of flavors of non oak, earth or oak and sometimes also flavors of spices, red fruit or black fruit.
In the mouth of Suisun Valley is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. We currently count 46 estates and châteaux in the of Suisun Valley, producing 121 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Suisun Valley go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, lamb or veal.
