The wine region of Hames Valley is located in the region of Monterey County of California of United States. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine VDR or the Domaine Rocklin Ranch produce mainly wines red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Hames Valley are Petit Verdot, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Malbec, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Hames Valley often reveals types of flavors of non oak, earth or microbio and sometimes also flavors of oak, red fruit or black fruit.
In the mouth of Hames Valley is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins.
