The wine region of El Terrerazo is located in the region of Valence of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Mustiguillo or the Domaine Mustiguillo produce mainly wines red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of El Terrerazo are Bobal, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Tempranillo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of El Terrerazo often reveals types of flavors of non oak, earth or microbio and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, oak or spices.
In the mouth of El Terrerazo is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. We currently count 1 estates and châteaux in the of El Terrerazo, producing 4 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of El Terrerazo go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or veal.
