The wine region of Isla de Menorca is located in the region of Iles Baléares of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Torralbenc or the Domaine Bodegas Binifadet produce mainly wines white, red and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Isla de Menorca are Merlot, Chardonnay and Cabernet-Sauvignon, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Isla de Menorca often reveals types of flavors of plum, black currant or black fruit and sometimes also flavors of earth, tree fruit or citrus fruit.
