The wine region of Oloroso Sherry is located in the region of Jerez-Xérès-Sherry of Andalousie of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Gonzalez-Byass or the Domaine Bodegas Tradición produce mainly wines natural sweet and sweet. On the nose of Oloroso Sherry often reveals types of flavors of raisin, vegetal or cinnamon and sometimes also flavors of cheese, fig or honey.
