The wine region of Bianco di Pitigliano is located in the region of Toscane of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Sassotondo or the Domaine Cantina di Pitigliano produce mainly wines white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Bianco di Pitigliano are Chardonnay et Verdelho, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Bianco di Pitigliano often reveals types of flavors of citrus fruit, tree fruit.
In the mouth of Bianco di Pitigliano is a powerful with a nice freshness. We currently count 5 estates and châteaux in the of Bianco di Pitigliano, producing 10 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Bianco di Pitigliano go well with generally quite well with dishes of pasta, vegetarian or appetizers and snacks.
