The wine region of Grappa di Barbaresco is located in the region of Barbaresco of Piémont of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Gaja or the Domaine Gaja produce mainly wines sweet. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Grappa di Barbaresco are Nebbiolo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Grappa di Barbaresco often reveals types of flavors of non oak, earth or microbio and sometimes also flavors of oak, spices or red fruit.
