Cabernet Franc is the signature red: spiced and elegant with raspberry, red cherry, green pepper, herbs and a cedary note, fine tannins and preserved freshness. Viognier is the signature white (apricot, peach, white flowers) — ample and floral. Native Norton is rustic; Bordeaux blends complement.
