Cabernet Franc is one of the oldest red grape varieties in Bordeaux. The Libourne region is its terroir where it develops best. The terroirs of Saint-Emilion and Fronsac allow it to mature and develop its best range of aromas. It is also the majority in many blends. Agrelo is a small wine-producing wine region about 20 miles (35km) South of the city of Mendoza in Argentina. Located on the southern side of the Mendoza River just south of Perdriel, around the Village from which it takes its name, the area is home to some of the country's most famous wine estates.
