Made as dry (Trocken, Alsace), off-dry (Kabinett, Spätlese) and sweet (Auslese, Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese, late harvest). Star of the Moselle, Rheingau, Alsace AOC and Wachau. Confidential Colorado AVA (North Fork Valley, Paonia and Hotchkiss), vineyards among the highest in the northern hemisphere (1,650–1,950 m). Signature Riesling in crisp whites with citrus, green apple, white peach and mineral-saline altitude notes, brilliant acidity. Aromatic Gewürztraminer with lychee, rose and spice. Complementary Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.

American Far West vineyard at extreme altitude (1,200-2,000 m), among the highest in North America. A dry continental climate with strong thermal swings signing tension and freshness.
