Signature traditional-method sparkling wines: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with fine bubbles of green apple, lemon, white flowers, brioche and chalky notes. Signature Bacchus in still whites (Sauvignon-like, elderflower, citrus, lively). Madeleine Angevine, Seyval Blanc and Solaris for hybrid whites.
