Sardinia's only DOCG, north-east of the island on luminous granite, sunny Mediterranean climate. Vermentino is the signature white king (95% min): aromatic and mineral with citrus, green apple, pear, white flowers, Mediterranean herbs, fresh almond and an iodised saline touch, taut and long palate — the variety's finest expression worldwide.
