Chardonnay and Riesling are signature king whites with citrus, green apple, white flowers and a mineral touch, taut acidity. Seyval and Vidal Blanc hybrids as lively cold-hardy whites. Cabernet Franc is the signature king red with raspberry, green pepper and supple tannins.
