Räuschling is the rare native white (nearly exclusive to the canton): dry and mineral with citrus, white flowers and a herbaceous note, taut acidity. Fresh Müller-Thurgau as a complement.
The word of the wine: Varietal
Said of wine aromas that are reminiscent of fresh grapes. The most demonstrative example is certainly that of wines made from the Muscat grape variety.
