Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are the signature cool-climate trio: balanced and complex with preserved fresh acidity; Elgin Sauvignon Blanc finely chiselled, Walker Bay Pinot Noir elegant, Chardonnay well-structured. Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Viognier and Chenin Blanc complement. Sub-districts: Elgin and Hermanus.
