Ample, tannic Cabernet Sauvignon on warmer, sunnier eastern slopes. Lively, mineral Chardonnay with measured oak ageing, Merlot and Zinfandel as backup (25% each). Rugged terrain between San Francisco and Monterey, a chiselled mountain identity.
