Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are the signature cool-climate trio: balanced and complex with preserved fresh acidity; Elgin Sauvignon Blanc finely chiselled, Walker Bay Pinot Noir elegant, Chardonnay well-structured.
