Signature dry saline whites with signature notes of white apple, lemon, grapefruit, white flowers, Mediterranean herbs, fresh almond and a mineral touch, lively palate punctuated by a typical light almond bitterness — the Mediterranean expression par excellence, perfect with seafood.
