The wine region of Jerusalem is located in the region of Judean Hills of Israel. Wineries and vineyards like the Razi'el Winery or the Domaine du Castel produce mainly wines red, white and pink. Hebron, Bethlehem and Ramallah also lie within the range, which formed the core territory of the Kingdom of Judah where the earliest Jewish settlements were located.
