The parents of Artaban are the same. Little multiplied, it is registered in the Official Catalogue of wine grape varieties list A1.

The wine region of L'Etoile is located in the region of Côtes du Jura of Jura of France. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Rolet or the Domaine de Montbourgeau produce mainly wines white, sweet and red.
