Originally from the Tarn-et-Garonne, the merille is a member of the cotoïdes family. It has long occupied the vineyards of Bergerac. It is often planted with négrette N or côt N. Patrimonio is an appellation for white, red and rosé wines from the southern tip of the Cap Corse peninsula in Corsica, an island in the Mediterranean Sea between France and Italy.
