Discover the grape variety: Peurion

Simple and barely aromatic whites with a pale golden colour, an airy palate with moderate acidity, and discreet signature aromas of white fruits and light floral notes. Confidential heritage profile. Almost extinct today, preserved in a few INRAE ampelographic collections; among the ancient varieties studied for their heritage and genetic interest. Rare French white variety, formerly grown in the South-West and the Rhône Valley.

The wine region of Württemberg

Rare predominantly red region in Germany (nearly 70%). Supple, fruity everyday reds: light, crisp Trollinger (Schiava) with red fruits, more structured, spicy, deep Lemberger (Blaufränkisch), generous Schwarzriesling (Pinot Meunier). Riesling king of whites (>2,000 ha), lively and mineral, citrus and green apple. Germany's 4th region (11,500 ha) on the Neckar slopes around Heilbronn and Stuttgart.

The word of the wine: Millerandage

Poor fertilization of some grapes at the time of flowering in cold or rainy weather. Milled grapes do not grow and usually do not contain seeds.
