Sunny, expressive reds: fleshy, spicy Nero d'Avola (black cherry, blackberry, liquorice), fine, mineral Nerello Mascalese on Etna (recalls Pinot Noir), light, crisp Frappato in Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG.
