Historic cradle of Cava (95% of Spanish output, centred on Sant Sadurní d'Anoia): traditional-method sparklers, convivial and brioche-like. Indigenous trilogy: signature Xarel-lo (body, herbaceous and almondy notes), Macabeo (apple, freshness), Parellada (floral elegance).
