The wine region of Baja California is located in the region of North of Mexico. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Baron Balche or the Domaine Santo Tomás produce mainly wines red and sweet. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Baja California are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Nebbiolo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
