Star vineyard of China at the eastern foot of the Helan Mountains (Ningxia, 1,200 m on the edge of the Gobi), dry and sunny climate. Cabernet Sauvignon as the signature red — deep and structured with intense notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, incense and a spiced-vanilla touch, round tannins and great ageing potential, crowned world's best Bordeaux blend at Decanter 2010 (Jia Bei Lan).
